Transportation & Home Pickups
Willow Creeks Companions
✈️ Professional Puppy Transit
For our out-of-state families, we coordinate safe, climate-controlled transportation. We prioritize the stress-free arrival of your Labrador, ensuring they are handled with the same care they received in our nursery.
Flight Nanny Option
The gold standard in transport. Your puppy flies in-cabin at the feet of a professional chaperone, receiving constant attention and potty breaks during layovers.
Ground Transportation
We partner with USDA-certified private couriers who specialize in door-to-door delivery with high-frequency exercise stops and constant GPS tracking.
Puppy Starter Kit
Every traveling puppy includes a "Scent Blanket" from their mother, 3 days of transition food, and a folder containing all health records and AKC paperwork.
Health Clearance
All puppies traveling across state lines receive an official Interstate Health Certificate from our vet within 10 days of departure.
🏠 On-Site Pickup & Bio-Security
We love welcoming families to Willow Creeks Companions. To protect our puppies whose immune systems are still developing, we maintain strict visitor protocols.
-
Required
Scheduled Appointments Pickups must be scheduled in advance. This ensures your puppy is bathed, fed, and ready for the car ride home, and that we have dedicated time to answer all your training questions.
-
Required
Clean Footwear Puppy Parvovirus can live in soil for years. We ask all visitors to use our provided shoe-sanitization spray or wear disposable booties before entering the puppy areas.
-
Required
Hand Sanitization To prevent the spread of common canine illnesses, we require medical-grade hand sanitization before any physical contact with the litter.
-
Strict
No Outside Pets While we love all dogs, we cannot allow your current pets on the premises. This is the most critical step in preventing the introduction of external bacteria to our nursery.
🤝 The Handover Process
Whether you are picking up at our home or meeting a courier, we follow a structured 30-minute transition:
- Record Review: We go over the 5-Year Health Guarantee, vaccination schedules, and deworming history.
- Feeding Tutorial: We discuss current meal amounts, schedules, and the specific high-quality diet your Labrador has been eating.
- Microchip Transfer: We verify the microchip number and provide instructions for registering your contact information.
- The Final Hug: A head-to-tail check is completed to ensure your puppy is clean, alert, and healthy for the journey.
